Our Training Programs
MGR Real Estate provides several training programs to accommodate the various schedules of our experienced and inexperienced agents. Programs include both live classes and video series to suit individual preference. Whatever the training format you choose, the lessons you learn will be invaluable to the success of your business!
Whether it is commercial and/or residential, MGR training provides expert instruction in all facets of the real estate business. New agents learn everything they need to know to begin their career, and experienced agents hone the necessary disciplines to keep them on track of their goals.
In addition, affiliates in the escrow, mortgage and title industries conduct educational seminars that keep our agents up to date on current business practices, changes and services. If real estate is a career in which you would like to experience long-term success, MGR will provide you with the foundation you need to start your career on the right path.
Concurrent to year-round classes, MGR provides Mentor and Personal Coaching Programs for both the residential and commercial agent.
The Mentor Program partners you with a senior agent who guides you in the beginning steps of your real estate career. Your mentor walks you through the steps of your first real estate transaction. This program is a “partnership” and is effective for inexperienced agents who are conducting their first sale and requires hands-on instruction to learn the correct process of completing the transaction.
Personal Coaching provides new and/or experienced agents with on-going guidance and counseling. The Coach provides consulting in the areas in which an agent may be weak (i.e. contracts, negotiations, self-marketing, lead generation, etc.), but does not do an actual transaction with the agent. This program is ideal for agents who need an “outside” motivator to help them get on track of achieving their goals.
